Working Together for a Better Cameroon

Love in Action (LIA) was founded on November 19, 2021, in Nkambe, North West Cameroon, a place where compassion and community come together. We are a non-profit, non-political charitable association driven by a single purpose: to reach the most vulnerable and create lasting change.

Our Mission

To reach out to the most vulnerable persons in Cameroon, caring for the elderly and physically impaired, empowering women, supporting orphans, promoting education, and delivering healthcare and humanitarian relief, creating lasting solutions that alleviate poverty and build stronger, healthier communities.

Our Vision

A Cameroon where every vulnerable person, regardless of age, ability, or circumstance, has access to healthcare, education, and opportunity. A nation where compassion drives community, and where every life touched by Love in Action reflects our motto: A Better Tomorrow.

Women Empowerment & Relief

Starting up businesses for single mothers, fighting domestic violence, and delivering humanitarian emergency relief to those affected by crisis across Cameroon.

Education & Scholarships

Providing school materials, stationery, and scholarships to children and students from underprivileged backgrounds across the North West Region.

Healthcare & Disease Control

Fighting malaria and preventable diseases through mosquito net distribution, pesticide campaigns, and support for children living with chronic illness and HIV.

What is Love in Action (LIA)?

Love in Action (LIA) is a non-profit, non-political charitable association founded on November 19, 2021, in Nkambe, North West Cameroon. We are registered under Law N°. 90/053 and dedicated to alleviating poverty, poor healthcare, and limited education access in vulnerable communities across Cameroon.

Where does LIA operate?

LIA is headquartered at Guarantee New Market Entrance, Nkambe Center Sub-Division, Donga-Mantung Division, North West Region, Cameroon. Our mandate covers the entire national territory of Cameroon.

How is LIA funded?

LIA is funded through member registration fees, monthly member contributions, gifts, donations, and endowments from individuals, partnerships, and organisations — both domestic and international.

How we Turn Compassion into Real Action

Every program LIA runs begins with listening to the community. We identify the most critical needs, mobilise our network of volunteers and supporters, and deliver targeted relief, whether it is school materials for a child, a mosquito net for a family, or business training for a single mother.
